With movement, meditation, reflection, and deep self healing, we collaborate in the renewal of the mind and body. Through physically moving trapped energy caused by trauma, injury or illness, we work together to create a dynamic, and multifaceted program to realign mind, body and spirit. Vagabond Wellness believes that it is never too late to start on your journey. Self healing is a process, establishing a yoga practice is a process, and everyone begins when they are supposed to. You find the practice of yoga when you are meant to and this process looks different for everyone.
