Physically moving trapped energy caused by trauma, injury or illness, allows us to work together to create a dynamic, and multifaceted program to realign mind, body and spirit. Vagabond Wellness believes that it is never too late to start on your journey. Self healing is a process, and everyone begins when they are supposed to. You find the practice of healing when you are meant to and this process looks different for everyone.

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I offer support for effective change through mindfulness and other mental health strategies.
